Peter Boonen – Managing Director
Mr. Boonen is President and founder of MDM Group Inc., Harrington’s largest shareholder. He has over 30 years of extensive business experience in the property, investment banking and equity markets in Australia, the US, Canada and the UK. He is responsible for the Company’s corporate development, strategy and for its public and investor relations.
Marshall Couper - CEO
Mr Couper is a businessman with over 10 years experience across a range of industries and fields. This includes serving as a diplomat and trade negotiator in Geneva, Switzerland at the World Trade Organisation (WTO), World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), and United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) where he gained experience in multi-million dollar negotiations, the workings of international organisations and governmental lobbying. He was previously an Investment Manager with Prudential-Bache International (U.K.) Limited and also worked in venture capital and start-up management roles in the UK focusing on commercialising early stage technology development opportunities. More recently he was a performance improvement consultant with a privately owned management consulting company.
Taylor Fogelquist - COO, Director
Mr. Fogelquist has been involved in the San Francisco Bay Area technology sector since 1996. His expertise and experience in technology and innovation has lead him to sales, marketing and business development roles with Excite@Home & StarMedia Network as well as a range of smaller companies. He focuses on meeting the operational, sales and marketing targets and needs of early stage development companies and he brings strong project management and human resource skills to the Company.

Peter King
Non-Executive Chairman
Mr. King is a proven leader who brings a wealth of experience to the Harrington Group Limited Board of Directors.
Mr. King has a long and distinguished professional and public career. He is a Rhodes Scholar and a practising barrister specialising primarily in commercial and public law at Queen's Square Chambers Sydney, Australia. Formerly he was a Federal Member of Parliament and local mayor, chair of a successful political organisation, and of a major division of UNESCO in Paris. Mr. King has also had a particular interest and long standing association with defense issues. He retired as Lieutenant Commander in the Royal Australian Navy, was an officer in the Naval Reserves, and as a Member of Parliament he took a special interest in Defense and Police issues, and was patron of a major returned soldiers organisation.
Mr. King's government, legal and defence experience and contacts will help to guide and govern the company.

Taylor Fogelquist
Executive Director
Mr Fogelquist has been involved in the San Francisco Bay Area technology sector since 1996. His expertise and experience in technology and innovation has lead him to sales, marketing and business development roles with Excite@Home & StarMedia Network as well as a range of smaller companies. He has authored, produced & recorded a weekly industry commentary for Beyond Computers, a nationally syndicated weekly technology show for Public Radio International distributed in over 125 markets and in the US. He focuses on meeting the operational, sales and marketing targets and needs of early stage development companies and he brings strong project management and human resource skills to the Company.
Peter Bartleet
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Bartleet has corporate experience including over 15 years as a senior executive of an international consulting group. He has been involved in the management and development of a number of companies, including several ASX listed entities. Over the past six years Mr. Bartleet has identified technology based investments, led due diligence activities, and participated in the post investment management of these companies through his role with an Australian venture capital company.
Chris Nichols
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Nichols is currently a Director and Vice President, Strategy of MDM Group Inc. where he is responsible for that company’s research and product and development strategy. Instrumental in the development and design of BNET global network, a proposed highly secure business network scheduled for launch in 2005. Vast industry experience in the electronic medium and was formerly the Head of Technology at Curious Pictures.
